Our company originated in 1998 from the basic need of the baker-confectioner, which is immediate and responsible technical support.

The founder of our company EMM. VARDIABASSIS, aware of his space, created a company whose purpose is to always be at the side of the baker-confectioner, with correct solutions, constant updating of technological developments and monitoring of all innovations.
Now housed in the privately owned space of 800 sq.m. based in Heraklion, Crete, is the only company providing direct technical support throughout Crete 24 hours a day, by experienced and specialized technical staff of all specialties.

It has 2 fully equipped mobile workshops for immediate support, a special unit for immediate replacement of the machine in case of serious damage and the best workshop and reconstruction area of ​​500 m2, equipped with the latest technology machines.
The warehouse area is stocked with a full range of spare parts and consumables.

A special design department takes care of all stainless and non-stainless constructions according to the requirements and space of our client.

The design and renovation of the stores is done with the help of photorealism, where the real future image of the space is depicted.

Comfortable showroom of 300 m2, new and used machines, where you can find and test the machine that suits you.

Our sales and import department is fully up-to-date on all technological issues and is able to advise you and suggest the most suitable solutions for your needs.
We also work with food specialists both in the field of the production process and in the design - setting up of your premises, who advise you and point you to the responsibilities and compatible solutions.
