The water cooler, available in different models, allows to lower the water temperature... The water cooler, available in different models, allows to lower the water temperature for the dough mix, from + 18°C to +3°C , in order to facilitate its processing.

Equipped with an indicator of water feeding and water release with graduated scale, automatic water feeder and high-precision digital electronic thermostatthermometer. The Internal tank and coil are made of stainless steel AISI 304, whith a first rate oversized cooling unit.

It can be either installed on the wall with brackets, or equipped with pivot wheels and pump and water boosting systems.
