DOUGH RECIPE FOR SOFT MARGARITA BREAD

Easy recipe and is a very tasty bread.

Ingredients

* 1 1 / 5 tablespoon of yeast powder
* 1 / 3 teaspoon salt
* ½ tablespoon sugar
* 2 cups of tea water
* Flour-all while getting
* 5 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. Melt the night before the ½ teaspoon of yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water and flour to make a thick batter that will serve as yeast. Cover and leave overnight to be done.
2. In a bowl add the yeast, our remaining yeast, salt and sugar and add the remaining 1 ½ cups warm water.
3. Knead adding flour so that they do not stick to hands.
4. When the dough has become uniform, then add a little - a little olive oil and knead until you absorb more.
5. Put the dough in a clean bowl that we have smeared with olive oil and let it double.
6. When ready to divide into 7 equal balls.
7. Place on an oiled baking pan center on a ball and place it around the other. Squeezing gently.
8. Allow to rest for 20 minutes. Brush with some olive oil on the surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc..
9. Bake in preheated oven at 180th C until golden brown. Approximately 40 minutes
