DOUGH RECIPE FOR TARTS

Ingredients
1st dough

* 125 gr. butter
* 1 egg
* 100 gr. sugar
* 1/8 liter of milk
* 1 tbsp. cinnamon
* 1 pinch of cloves
* 125 gr. oats
* 125 gr. flour
* 1 tbsp. baking powder

2nd dough

* 200 gr. flour
* 200 gr. cold butter
* 100 gr. sugar
* 1 pinch of salt
* 100 gr. grated almonds
* 50 gr. galette
* zest of ½ lemon
* 1 egg
* 1 shot of rum

3rd dough

* 200 gr. flour
* 200 gr. butter
* 200 gr. sugar
* 200 gr. almonds
* 1 tbsp. baking powder
* 1 tbsp. cinnamon
* 1 pinch of cloves
* 2 egg yolks

4th dough

* 250 gr. flour
* 250 gr. butter
* 200 gr. sugar
* 250 gr. almonds
* 2 tbsp. rum
* 1 tbsp. cinnamon lemon zest
* 1 tbsp. cocoa
* 2 eggs
* 1 pinch of cloves


Instructions


The process is the same in all of them.

1. Mix the solid ingredients and add the liquids.
2. We don't tire our dough and we always have the butter cold in small pieces so that it is incorporated well.
