German-made Wiesheu brand convection electric bakery oven. Consists of 2 independent chambers with a capacity of four 40x60 sheet pans each and a stove below for 10 40x60 sheet pans. Independent operation in each chamber with steam supply. It has a special water vapor absorption system so that connection to air ducts is not required. Dimensions 95x110x174 cm.
