The water measuring tool, available in different models, is an electronic device that allows for automatic and precise addition of the water needed for the dough mix. The models MIX allow the regulation of the water temperature within a range of + 3°C to + 45°C based on the type of connection (wire – refrigerated – warmed).

The machine is constructed with a dust protected keyboard and water entry filters that ensure a long life of the components.
