Individually controlled air-conditioned chamber maturation dough products.
With stainless steel doors with insulated, ergonomic opening and closing, special hinges and glass control room.

The walls and roof are made of special panels with insulation thickness of 4 m.
Available with stainless steel braids around the area for the preservation of the panels from the movement of trolleys.

The air conditioning (temperature and humidity) are located on the roof and pumped into the interior of stainless steel pipes (channels)

It also has full command and control panel with digital hygrometer precision thermostat, control traffic, and lighting.
