NEW DAY HORIZONTAL SLICER
Machine constructed to cut sponge cakes, friselle (crunchy bread slices), bagels, bread rolls, flat loaves, hot-dog rolls and the like, using the alternating movement of a stainless-steel blade. Can cut small and large pieces up to a max width of 318 mm.
A simple handwheel can be used to change the height of the conveyor belts and presser, therefore obtaining the required cut, always exactly in the centre. Several blades can
be supplied on request.
