RECIPE FOR BUTTER COOKIES

Delicious cookies, made quickly and easily. Ingredients
* 250 g butter milk not straight from the fridge
* 200 g caster sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 packet of baking powder
* 3 vanilla pods
* the zest of a lemon
* 500 g soft flour (approximately)
* ½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Beat the butter very well until fluffy. Add the baking powder and continue beating for another 5 minutes.
2. Continuing to beat, add the eggs, lemon zest and vanilla pods.
3. Then add the flour that we have sifted, along with the baking powder. We mix gently with our hands until the ingredients are mixed. The dough becomes soft and smooth.
4. We put the dough in a bowl and take out the cookies on a tray lined with non-stick paper, with a little distance between them because they puff up and bake at 200 degrees.
5. We take them out before they take on color. When they cool, we keep them closed. They keep for many days and are delicious.
