RECIPE FOR RUM AND CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Easy and fragrant cookies, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Ingredients:
* 150 g. butter or margarine
* ​​150 g. sugar
* 2 eggs
* 50 g. grated couverture
* 300 g. flour
* 2 tbsp. dark rum
* a little milk for spreading the cookies

Instructions
1. Beat the butter with the sugar well, for at least 15 minutes, until fluffy.
2. Add the eggs and rum one by one, continuing to beat.
3. Sift and add the flour and, once it is well incorporated into the mixture, add the couverture and mix until it goes everywhere.
4. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
5. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and shape the dough into small balls. Place them with some distance between them, because they spread and brush them with very little milk.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes, depending on your oven and the size of the cookies.
7. Let them cool on a rack.
