Amazing oat cookies.
Ingredients:
* 150 g. cream
* 75 g. brown sugar
* 75 g. honey
* 350 g. rolled oats
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 250 g. grated apple
* 1 tsp. cinnamon
* icing sugar
Instructions
1. Mix the cream, sugar and honey. Add the oats, baking powder and apple.
2. Mix very well and divide the mixture into silicone molds.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
4. Once they have cooled, remove them from the molds and sprinkle with icing sugar.
