Mixer made of cast iron sheet, electrostatic painting, excellent durability and stainless steel.
It has a stainless steel bucket of 120 lt with electric anode / cathode and 3 mixing tools (wire, hook, spatula). The movement is transmitted by a two-speed motor, with a belt, chain pulley system, which ends in a gear system in an oil bath.
The speed selection is done with a mechanical speed change inverter, which makes it extremely fast. With a 4-speed motor and continuous speed change. With a digital operation panel and timer (clock) operation.
Its construction, materials and handling are in accordance with all EU specifications, regarding operational safety and food suitability (HACCP). Comes with the corresponding ISO 9001 and CE marks.
