The automatic TEMPO Unit is available in the 135, 180 or 225 models. The automatic TEMPO Unit is available in the 135, 180 or 225 models. This is a very handy automatic unit easy to adapt to all different types of dough and shapes with a wide weight range, equipped with a special device for quickly replacing the knives at 1-2-3-4 rows.
The computerized control panel allows to regulate the weight of soft, proofed and hard dough, with the possibility to store 16 programs with auto-regulation of weight and description of the standard being utilized. The machine is equipped with a high capacity conveyor belt, an anti-waste system for a belt continuous dough feeding and dough no-stress system located right under the cutting heads in order to provide a precise and gentle cut.
The 180 and 225 models are equipped with an angled belt for the direct discharge of the cut dough in the resting surface and resting belt movable longitudinally with an opposite rotation direction for front or back discharge.
The second moulder is a 3-cylinder group for models 180, 225. It is possible to pair a TEMPO Unit to an independent breadstick moulder to produce baguettes, demi baguettes, breadsticks, and every other dough forms that requires gentle and uniform stretching.
The 135 model is excellent for small bakeries that do not require high volume production of a single format, therefore allowing high production flexibility and an outstanding time saving executions.
